Gymboss Interval Timer Review

Interval or circuit training are fantastic ways to add varieties and intensity to our workout. As a personal trainer, gymboss interval timer helps me to train my clients without having to worry about the intervals and timing for each exercises and it gives more concentration for me to observe their exercise techniques, forms, posture and correcting them by giving the right cues rather then counting the time and looking at the watch repetitively.
The best part of this interval timer is that it has two different intervals setting and you are free to set it up to 99 rounds, alarm beep 1-9 times, and guess what?it vibrates as well. So basically the vibration system helps a lot to alarm you the next round of exercise especially in a gym i am working where there is loud music going on and for those who are using ear phones.
Another features of this interval timer is that you can switch it to stop watch mode in one click. How amazing is that? pretty cool rite.I love to use it for my client's circuit and muaythai training.
To operate the gymboss, all u need is a single AAA batteries. Very comfortable that you can wear (clip) it on your waistband, wristband, arm, or even on your t-shirt or singlet.
